WE'RE WAITING FOR THE CHEESE TO MATURE

We've warmed the milk. Added the starter, the culture and rennet. We're waiting for the curds to form. Then we'll cut the curds, siphon off the whey, mould the cheese. Turn a few times, then leave to mature. Then our new website will be ready for tasting.
